Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.

📦 Product Condition
Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
💳 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and issued through the applicable payment method.
🚚 Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping costs will be covered by The Sateen.
Important Information
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Minor color variations due to screen settings or photography are not considered defects.
